Galtiger Tuerme (1st June 2008)
The Galtiger Tuerme on the Pilatus are always worth a trip as they offer good multi pitch rock climbing. This was our third time up here and I did the all climbing sections with my mountaineering boots, very comfortable actually.
Alpine salamander which we came upon during the tramp to the start of the route.
Marcel (orange shirt) at the next anchor point. The route was fairly popular today ...
Last year we had only done half the trip as Anna and Kevin had been joining us at the time. Today we were much quicker (apart from 'traffic jams' due to the many climbers).
Still, we were both musing about the fact that the route had seemed much more challenging when we first did it 2 years ago.
